As is generally known, the chain alignment has to be adapted when mounting a broader rim, and as a consequence the original chain slider doesn’t fit properly anymore.

I took a strip of polyethylene and fitted it round the rocker with the help of a heat gun.

Of course you might use any other plastic material.

Then I drilled two holes top and bottom into the slider and into the rocker in corresponding positions.

Afterwards inserted rivet nuts.

Then I counter-sank the counter-sunk screws into the polyethylene strip.

In the rear I unfortunately took the wrong measures, so I had to make and do a washer.
